Ahren Belisle

Ahren Belisle is a Canadian stand-up comedian from North Bay, Ontario, who performs his sets through a speech-synthesis app on his phone — he has cerebral palsy and built an entirely original comedic style around the format.

Before comedy, he worked as a software engineer. He started performing after wittily heckling a stand-up show in Portugal, which encouraged him to try it himself.

His Kill Tony appearance generated such a strong reaction that he was given a Golden Ticket to appear anytime he wants. He went on to become a finalist on Season 18 of America's Got Talent (2023), and appeared in AMI-tv's "All Access Comedy" special in 2024, hosted by D.J. Demers and spotlighting comedians with disabilities.
